We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations. Our dealership's management team continues to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidelines and recommendations on how we can prevent the spread of this virus. Our steps include:

• Thorough cleanings of the dealership facilities daily
• Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
• Our staff has been given specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they feel ill
• Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customer

In efforts to keep your vehicle and our community safe, any serviced by Albany Mitsubishi will receive a complimentary sanitary cleaning.

• Albany Mitsubishi is also announcing free pickup and delivery for customers that would like the convenience of staying in their own home while their vehicle is being serviced.
• As we have always done, seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats are used during every service.
• Upon completion and preparation for vehicle pickup/delivery, a sanitary wipe down of shifter, knobs, steering wheel, and inside and outside door handles will be performed.
• As always, our community's safety and customer experience is our number 1 priority!
